AI USAGE POLICY

This policy covers the following websites:


1. Purpose and Scope

This policy explains how artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used — and not used — across my trade, including my websites, social media, books, online courses, in-person and remote practitioner sessions, and in-person training. It is published in line with the transparency principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), the core provisions of which take effect from 2 August 2026.

This policy applies to all content and services I produce and control directly. It does not extend to the independent AI policies of third-party platforms I work with (see Section 6).


2. My Role Under the EU AI Act

I act solely as a deployer (user) of general-purpose AI tools built by others. I do not develop, train, fine-tune, or provide AI systems or models to others. I do not use AI in any way that falls into a high-risk category under the Act (e.g. no AI involvement in employment decisions, credit, biometric identification, or access to essential services).


3. What Is NOT AI-Generated

The following are, and will remain, 100% human-created, with no AI involvement at any stage of development or delivery:

  • All in-person and remote Practitioner sessions — no AI is used in the assessment, delivery, or follow-up of practitioner work. Client notes and records are kept completely outside of AI, at all times.
  • All books
  • All online courses including Delmotvibres International Lecher Antenna E-Learning Academy and Udemy course content
  • All in-person training materials and delivery
  • All people shown or heard in my images, videos, and voiceovers are real individuals — no AI-generated or synthetic likenesses, voices, or avatars are used.
  • All content of blogposts.

4. How I Use AI

AI tools are currently used only for the following, limited purposes:

  • Coding assistance — for building and maintaining my websites.
  • Text drafting support — helping structure written content for websites and social media posts.
  • (Planned) Image compilation support — I may in future use an AI tool to help assemble/compile images for social media graphics.

In every case, output is reviewed, verified, and corrected by me personally before publication. AI is used as a drafting or productivity aid, never as an unsupervised content generator.


5. Human Oversight and Editorial Responsibility

I retain full editorial control and final responsibility for all published content. No AI-assisted text or, in future, AI-assisted image, is published without my personal review, fact-checking, and correction. This human-in-the-loop approach is a fixed part of how I work, not a temporary measure.


6. Transparency (Article 50) — What This Means in Practice

Under Article 50 of the AI Act, certain AI-generated or AI-manipulated content must be disclosed to audiences (e.g. synthetic audio/video that could be mistaken for real events — so-called "deepfakes" — and some AI-generated images). Content that has undergone substantial human review and editorial control, as mine does, is treated differently under the Act than fully automated, unsupervised AI output.

In practice, I commit to:

  • Not publishing any AI-generated image, audio, or video that could reasonably be mistaken for a real, unaltered depiction of a person or event, without clear labelling.
  • Continuing my existing practice of using only real people in imagery, video, and voiceover — removing the need for synthetic-media disclosure in most of my output.
  • Reviewing this policy as my use of AI tools evolves (e.g. if I begin using AI image compilation tools for social media, I will assess and add appropriate labelling at that point).

7. Third-Party Platforms

I work with a number of third-party platforms to host, sell, and distribute my products, including but not limited to Trainer Central, Udemy, Amazon, Pothi, and Draft2Digital, as well as various payment gateways. These platforms maintain their own independent AI policies, terms of service, and compliance obligations, which are outside my direct control. This policy governs only the content and services I create and publish myself.


8. Data Protection

Client notes and records, including from Practitioner sessions, are kept completely outside of AI at all times, as stated in Section 3, unless strictly necessary for placing an order or to have access to your student account, which are out of my control and governed by the AI Policy of the Third Party I work with. Where AI tools are used at all (see Section 4), this is limited to website coding and general text drafting — never to personal or client data. I use only reputable, mainstream AI tools for these limited purposes. This sits alongside, and does not replace, my obligations under GDPR.


9. Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if:

  • My use of AI tools changes materially (e.g. adoption of AI image tools for social media),
  • Relevant EU AI Act provisions or guidance change, or
  • I begin working with a new platform or tool that processes content on my behalf.
